This Privacy Policy explains how Impeccable Tech Pte Ltd ("Impeccable Tech", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It applies to personal data we receive through this website (www.impeccable-tech.com), by email, and in the course of our business. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
By using this website or giving us your personal data, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send us personal data.
1. Personal data we collect
"Personal data" means data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data together with other information we have. We may collect:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, company, job title, email address and phone number.
- The content of your messages, for example enquiries sent through our contact form or by email.
- Job application information, such as your CV, employment history, qualifications and any other details you choose to send.
- Business relationship information, where you are a client, supplier or partner contact, such as correspondence and records needed to manage that relationship.
- Technical information automatically recorded by our web host, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of access.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (for example, identity card numbers, health or financial information) through this website unless we ask for it.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal data when you fill in the contact form, email or call us, apply for a role, meet us, or work with us. We may also receive business contact details from your organisation or from publicly available sources such as professional networking sites.
3. How we use it
We use personal data only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate, including to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
- provide, manage and improve our services and business relationships;
- assess job applications and, if successful, onboard new staff;
- operate, maintain and secure this website;
- keep business records and meet legal, regulatory, tax and audit requirements; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We will not use your personal data to send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see section 12). We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawing, for example that we may no longer be able to respond to an enquiry or consider an application. Withdrawal does not affect any processing before it, or any processing we are permitted or required to carry out by law.
5. Disclosure to others
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may share it, only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, email, IT, cloud storage and professional advisers, who are required to protect it;
- our related companies, where needed to manage our business;
- regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities, where required or permitted by law; and
- a buyer or successor, in connection with a sale, merger or restructuring of our business.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example through contractual terms.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and does not use third-party analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
8. Protection
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. This includes encrypted connections to this website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business purposes. We then delete it or anonymise it.
10. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it. Please contact us as set out in section 12. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted by law. We will also tell you if we cannot meet your request and why.
11. Accuracy and data breaches
We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data accurate and complete. Please tell us if your details change. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by law.
